Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Sri Event Management ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
We provide tools to plan events, manage contacts, send invitations via email, and collect RSVPs. The service is provided "as is" — we'll do our best to keep it running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for the activity on your account.
- Keep your password secure. Don't share account access.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
4. Your content
Events, contacts, agendas, photos, and any other content you upload remains your property. You grant us a limited license to host and display this content to deliver the service to you. We don't use your content for any other purpose.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Send spam, phishing, or unauthorized commercial communications.
- Send invitations to people who haven't consented to hear from you.
- Upload illegal, harassing, or infringing content.
- Attempt to access other organizations' data or break into our systems.
- Resell, sublicense, or rent the service to third parties without our written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers (Vercel, Neon, Resend, Google). Their terms and privacy practices apply when we share data on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.
7. Pricing and plans
The free tier is provided at no cost and may have usage limits. Paid plans (when offered) are billed monthly or annually as described at sign-up. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused services within 14 days of payment.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days (subject to backup rotation).
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties — implied or express — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 (whichever is greater).
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the dashboard. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
